Using Vault

Vault is a social survival debate game. You may use it for personal, lawful, non-commercial play. You are responsible for your device, network access, conduct, display name, and content you share with other players.

• Do not harass players, impersonate others, disrupt sessions, exploit bugs, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or create derivative commercial products from Vault except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.

Accounts and multiplayer

Vault may automatically create an anonymous Firebase account and persistent profile. You are responsible for activity performed through your installation. We may limit or terminate access needed to protect users, the service, or comply with law.

Multiplayer sessions depend on network access and other players. We do not guarantee that every lobby, reconnect attempt, invitation, or saved session will remain available.

Subscriptions and purchases

Prices, trial terms, billing periods, renewal, refunds, and cancellation are controlled by the store shown at purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through that store.

Deleting your Vault profile or uninstalling Vault does not cancel a Google Play, RuStore, or Apple App Store subscription. Cancel the subscription in the applicable store settings.

Third-party services

Vault relies on Google Firebase for accounts, multiplayer infrastructure, product analytics, and crash diagnostics; Apphud and the applicable app store for subscription and purchase management; and Netlify for this website and support forms. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy documentation, and service availability may also depend on them.

Ownership

Vault, its software, visual design, game content, branding, and related intellectual property belong to the developer or applicable licensors. These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app.

Availability and disclaimers

Vault is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every error can be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of Vault. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for legal, security, or product changes. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to georgin2000155@gmail.com.
